Reliable digital robot check-in
Guests are able to experience a futuristic hotel stay from check-in as two robots and human staff welcome you to Henn na Hotel. Robots that look just like human support guests’ check-in. Only in Ginza, guests are able to enjoy the collaboration of human staff and robots during check in.
Robots are multilingual, speaking various languages, (English, Korean, Japanese, and Chinese).
After being welcomed by human staff, guests are able to make payment, receive their room keys and head to their room automatically using the kiosk.
Clean your clothes with powerful steam technology
The LG Styler, a clothes cleaning machine is equipped in every room, where guests are available to steam wash their clothes with just one bottom.
It stretches wrinkles and reduces odor enabling you to wear clothes that is fresh as if you brought it to dry cleaning.

Enjoy the free Lounge all day
The Lounge service is available for guests. Breakfast starting at 6:30 A.M., guests can enjoy a fresh morning with cereal, yoghurt, fruits and bread.
During tea time, coffee, tea and cookies are provided. From 5:00 P.M. guests can make a cocktail of their own and also order beer from all over Japan with an extra charge.

Rental of VR machine available
VR (Virtual Reality) machines are available for rent with an extra fee of ￥1,000 per night which guests can enjoy watching videos and play games with great reality.

Electronic Kick Board Rental Port
The Electronic Kick Board, “LUUP” is available for rental service at our hotel.
You can hop on and off anywhere if it is at a designated port.
Rental service is available with a base rate of ￥50, and additional charges of ￥15 per minute is added.
