We have outlined answers to questions that are sometimes asked to Henn na Hotel Tokyo Ginza.

Can I make a reservation by telephone / e-mail?

When making a reservation by phone, please call our reservation center (+81-3-3547-2500). Reception hours are from 10: 00-18: 00.

How many rooms can I make a reservation with one reservation?

You can book up to 4 rooms. In case of more than 5 rooms, we will accept as a group reservation. Please contact the call center.

Can I change or cancel my reservation details by phone / e-mail?

Unfortunately, We do not accept changes or cancellations of reservations by phone or e-mail.
If you have made a reservation on the web, please follow the procedures on the web where you made the reservation.

When will the cancellation fee be charged?

[Cancellation fee will be charged from the day before for reservations of 10 or less people.]
A cancellation fee of 20% for the day before and 100% for the day of cancellation will be charged.
For reservations of 11 to 99 persons, this will occur 20 days in advance.

Is it possible to check in after 24 o'clock?

Yes, it’s possible. However, since the hotel entrance is locked after 24 o’clock, please ring the telephone or the interphone next to the entrance.

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes, it’s possible. However, for security reasons, only cards with an IC chip and a PIN code can be accepted.

Is there parking available?

Parking is available for three passenger vehicles. We do not accept reservations in advance, so you may park if there is space available on the day of your visit.

What time is check-in/check -out?Can I extend it?

Check-in 15: 00 ~/ Check-out ~ 11: 00.
An Extended fee will be charged for use after check out time.
From 11:00 to 13:00, 1,500 yen (tax excluded) per hour, after 13: 00, we have 100% accommodation fee only if there is vacant room on that day.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

Yes, it’s possible. Please note, however, that this service may not be available due to overcrowding.

Can I stay with just a minor?

A parental consent form is required for guests under 18 years of age.Guests under 15 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Please send it to the hotel by check-in.
If you can not confirm the consent form, we may refuse your stay.

About Sleeping with Children.

Children under 6 years of age who sleep in the same bed as an adult will not be charged the child’s room rate.The maximum capacity of a room including existing Bed-sharing children is set as follows.

・Deluxe Single Room:1 adult + 1 child under 6 years old sleeping together
・Double room: 2 adults + 1 child under 6 years old sleeping together
・Twin room: 2 adults + 2 children under 6 years old sleeping together
・Deluxe Twin Room:3 adults + 2 children under 6 years old sleeping together

We will not accept reservations over capacity.
No amenities, towels, pillows, etc. are provided for Bed-sharing children.

Is early check-in possible?

Is possible. If so, it cost 1,500yen per hour.

Is there a crib or bed guard?

Bed guards are available. (Free) Please ask at the front desk.

Can large buses park in front of the hotel entrance?

There is no place to park in front of the hotel street.

When you forget something at the hotel.

Storage policies vary depending on the item.
【Valuables】:We will contact you as soon as we find it. If we are unable to contact you, we will keep the item at the hotel for 7 days and report it to the police as lost property on the 8th day.
【Food and drink】:Due to sanitation issues, we will dispose of them immediately without storage.
【Other items】:We will keep them for 14 days and then dispose of them on the 15th day. (We will not contact you if you forget something.)

Is there a barrier-free room?

Universal rooms are available.Rooms are limited, so please contact us if you wish to use them.

Are non-smoking rooms available? Are there any rooms available for smoking?

All rooms in the entire building are non-smoking. Some rooms are available for heated cigarettes only. Please apply for the heated cigarette use plan. Paper cigarettes can be smoked on your left as you exit the hotel. Ashtrays are available at the front desk.

What is the "LG Styler" cleaning machine equipped in all guest rooms?

It will be a closet-type home cleaning machine.

Are there separate bathrooms and toilets?

All rooms are unit baths.

Can I arrange a neighboring room if I reserve multiple rooms?

We will accept as requests. Please note, depending on the congestion situation of the day, we may not be able to accommodate your request.

Can I use WI-FI?

Free Wi-Fi available in rooms and lobby.

Is there an ice machine?

Available on the first floor.

Is there a laundromat in the hotel?

Is there human staff?

Hotel staff are always at reception. Hotel staff will be available in case of emergency.

How about security measures?

Security cameras check 24 hours a day. The hotel is locked at night so that outsiders cannot enter.Elevators to guest room floors are also not accessible without a card key.

Is room service available?

Room service is not available.
If you are staying for an anniversary or other special occasion, please let us know in advance and we will prepare towel art and a message card for your room.

Can I send my luggage to the hotel in advance?

It is possible, but please check the points below.

・Please be sure to pay in advance. Any payment on delivery will not be accepted.
・Please clarify the arrival date of your luggage and be sure that your luggage will reach before the day of your stay. Please make sure to write your full name on the slip when you send it to us.
・Valuables, fragile items, electrical equipment, perishables, hazardous materials, strange-smelling luggage, or luggage that the hotel deems to be so. We regret to inform you that the hotel will not accept any luggage that we refuse to accept due to its contents.
